Technology is making it easier than ever for landlords to stay on top of their properties and tenants. I the past one of the problems has been remembering everything about the condition of a property if you are not writing it down or taking notes. By the time you get back to your car or office you have forgotten half of what you wanted to remember.
The remedy I came up with was to keep a yellow spiral note pad and write down my notes as I visited each property. The problem after a while was that I had to many notes, the notes got sloppy as the day went on and then I had to organize them some way at the end of the day. This became a big headache for me and inevitably when I needed the information it wasn’t available at the touch of my fingers.
So needless to say when I was introduced to Evernote I was extremely excited. Below is a video that explains it much better than I ever could.
