The ProblemEver been sitting at dinner and one of your tenants calls, you press mute or send them to voice mail only to have them call you again, and again and again. I got tired of the constant calls from tenants at all hours of the night. Tenants just don’t think about others, they don’t realize that you as a Landlord have a life also and are not on call 24 hrs a day. I got one call one morning at 1:00am from one of my tenants leaving me a message that their stove needed to be repaired. When I asked them the next morning why they called me at 1:00am their excuse was sorry we just didn’t think about it. The call not only woke me up but also my wife, which was not a good thing.

It is the 7th of the month your Mesa Arizona tenant hasn’t shown up with the rent. You call your tenant, they say they have been sick and will be before 5pm to pay. 5pm rolls around and they are a no show. You cal them again and there is no answer.
The next morning you arrive at your Mesa office or wherever the rent is dropped off and it is there under the door. Wait a minute though it is only a potion of the rent with the note saying the remainder will be paid next week.
