I’m a real estate marketing specialist with Solutions Real Estate  a full services real estate company in Mesa Arizona. My focus is on help individuals market and manage their growing real estate portfolios in Mesa AZ & Phoenix Arizona.

This is my personal blog for Landlords resources. In this blog focuses on help individuals navigate the ins & outs of a real estate portfolios in Arizona for multi-family property. It doesn’t matter if it is an AZ four plex, Arizona tri-plex, Mesa duplex or a single home in Phoenix AZ. My philosophy is, the more you understand about real estate and investment property, the better decision you can make when buying.

I write on local issue effecting real estate in AZ, property management standards in Arizona, owner issue, tenant issues and on occasion things that don’t fit nicely in to any one particular area for Arizona. I also comment from time to time on new products or services that I encounter and which I feel Arizona Landlords will benefit from.

My goal is to put together relevant and insightful content that you can use in managing and grow your Arizona real estate portfolio. If you already have a AZ real estate portfolio – or desire to have one – then this blog is for you.

My biography

I have been around Arizona real estate from the time that I was a child. Both my grandfather and father have been AZ real estate brokers. My grandfather  was also an Arizona real estate appraiser here in the state of Arizona.

So, it should be no surprise that at the age of 18, just out of high school, that I studied for and passed Arizona’s states exam to get a real estate license, that was in 1986. Being young though I never proceeded to get my license but instead choose to serve a mission for my church in Texas and Uruguay.

After graduating from Arizona State University 1994  I obtained my real estate license. I went to work as a real estate agent for Century 21, moving to Prudential Realty, S.J. Fowler Real Estate and then to Solutions Real Estate. For about 5 years I acted as the designate broker for a Mesa Arizona real estate marketing company with a focus on property management. In January 2012 I made decision to seek out a real estate company with a focused on technology in the AZ real estate market. That company was Solutions Real Estate.

My experiences includes the positions  of designated broker for an Arizona real estate and property management company, project management for a nation wide right of way company, AZ multi-family management, Arizona real estate acquisition & Arizona relocation service for the U.S. Government, various Arizona Municipalities (eminent domain), AZ financing and Arizona business development, real Estate Marketing and consulting.

In marketing AZ real estate for Arizona home sellers, AZ buyers, and Arizona investors I focus on using the most current and up to date technology and information. That is one reason I don’t send out a mountain of paper and post cards, I use technology.

In my free time, I enjoy working for political causes and candidates I agree with, developing other business and spending time with my wife and 3 kids.
